EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

If you feel you are in immediate danger, or are a danger to others and yourself, contacting 911 and speaking to an officer may be necessary. To protect yourself and your loved ones, it is important to notify the authorities if you or a loved one is experiencing a mental breakdown so that they can send officers who are trained in crisis intervention and trained to assist individuals who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency.
